the location is good. it’s close to almost all the prime spots in the city

dirty. the room isn’t that clean. the bed sheets are dirty and smelly. beneath the bed is very dirty — there were used condoms. the bathroom is not clean — there were cigarette filters on the window pane. and during our entire stay, there wasn’t housekeeping, even once.

You get what you pay for.

Short walk to Than Market ( is not what it used to be).

The TV is shocking, not one English speaking News channel, not even a Vietnamese one. Some A/C are noisy and hard to adjust. The water in the toilet of our last room ran constantly, pressure no always good. Do not take the cheaper 18sqm unless you are out allday. The fried rice and eggs were just warm. Same everyday.

We stayed here for three weeks and never considered changing hotel

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a deluxe double room and it was spacious and the morning maid service was very good

Beware of 'superior double room' because it does not have a window! I don't know what is superior about a room without a window and it is not clear from the Booking.com City View page that there is no window. The hotel is well-located not far from the entertainment in District 1 (30 mins walk)
